Heard learned counsel papering for the parties. 2.

It is surprise to find that O.L.R. Case No.5761 of 2008 under Section 8-A of the O.L.R. Act is kept pending for 14 long years. This Court while expressing its anxiety in pendency of such dispute directs the opposite party no.3 to conclude such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving appropriate inquiry, if necessary.
