Perused Letter dated 12.10.2022 of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Balliguda.

Considering the grounds reflected in the said letter, this Court is inclined to extend the time by a further period of four months from today. Further, it is directed that the learned trial Court shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial within the aforesaid time. 4.

This order be communicated by the Registry to the concerned court.
