2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the opp. parties to give due consideration to the representation under Annexure-2 and take a decision on such representation of the petitioner and regularize the petitioner from the year 1995 along with that revised the pay scale of the petitioner and after retirement extend the benefit of pension within a stipulated time".

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed

// 2 // by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
