02.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. P.K. Rout, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4 to dispose of the representation under Annexure-1, which is pending before the authority for consideration. At the outset, in such type of matters, disposal of the representations is not appropriate remedy as envisaged under the provisions of Act and Rules made there under. 4.
In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to issue any such direction. However, in the event the opposite parties have taken any step for eviction, it is open to the petitioner to file his objection in accordance with law and the same shall be considered and disposed of the authority concerned.
5.
With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
