This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A. Mahanta, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Ms. S. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties.

By the order dated 31.10.2022 delivered in MATA No.53 of 2021, we directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the Opposite Parties within a period of two months from the date of the order. But, such payment has not been made. However, this application has been filed seeking extension of time as stipulated by us for payment of the said amount.

Mr. Mahanta, learned counsel for the applicant in order to show the bonafide has handed over a draft of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) to Ms. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

Having considered the difficulty as adumbrated and the time that has been lapsed, we direct the applicant to pay the remaining amount i.e. Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees thirteen lakhs) within a period of two months from today without fail, otherwise, the said amount shall carry interest @ 6% from 01.11.2022 and the decree, as passed by us in MATA No.53 of 2021, shall be treated as money decree for purpose of realization of the money through the process of the court. 6.

In terms of the above, this application stands disposed of.
