Learned counsel for the Petitioner made a serious allegation that even after providing with a loan facility, there is no providing of subsidy under the Mo Pokhari Yojana Scheme. Loan facility is already availed by the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleged that for the inaction of the authority the Petitioner is suffering a lot. In spite of making a request to the District Fishery Officer, Balasore since 19.07.2022, there is no response to the same. 2.

Considering that the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 is pending with the District Fishery Officer, Balasore, this Court directs the District Fishery Officer, Balasore to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and if the Petitioner is already entitled to the loan amount under the Mo Pokhari Yojana Scheme and if the loan amount is already released in favour of the Petitioner, all attempt shall be made to release the subsidy amount in favour of the Petitioner,

// 2 // within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
