Heard Mr. S.K. Patnaik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to take up the objection under Annexure-3 by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and villagers prior to proceeding further in the said case within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made objection before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the objection filed by the

petitioner vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate result thereof to the petitioner forthwith.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
