This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 12.10.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10820 of 2022. 3.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 12.10.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 2nd line of paragraph-2 of the order, the name of Court as "S.D.J.M.,Dhenkanal" be substituted by "Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal" and "G.R. Case No.474 of 2021" be substituted by "C.T.(Spl.) Case No.48 of 2021".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
