This writ petition involves an allegation of non-disposal of the Demarcation Case No.395 of 2021.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Chandbali-Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the Demarcation Case No.395 of 2021 involving the parties likely to be affected and also the Petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, if the same is still pending. 3.
