This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the opposite parties in registering the F.I.R., investigate the matter and complete the same as per law. 4.

Learned counsel for the State submits that since the matter has been transferred to the State Vigilance Department for further investigation, which is reflected in the Office Letter No. 3356/EOW-PT-10.08.2022, the said Vigilance Department is directed to intimate the present

// 2 // petitioner about the progress of the case and, if any, assistance is required for the investigation of the case, the said Vigilance Department is granted liberty to call the petitioner. It is further directed that the investigation be completed within a period of three months from today. The petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of the order before the Superintendent of Vigilance, Cuttack. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.

A free copy of this order be supplied to the Vigilance Department for compliance.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
