This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Athmallik P.S. Case No.38 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.148 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Athmallik, for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 468/471/420 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Athmallik, by order dated 23.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are more or less based on documentary evidence and since he is in custody from 19.08.2022 and charge-sheet is stated to have been filed in the meanwhile, this Court directs the petitioner to

be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
