Since 2018 this matter is pending. The counsel, who entered appearance for the petitioner has withdrawn their engagement with leave from this Court. But the petitioner has not engaged fresh counsel in terms of our order dated 26.09.2022, even there is no request for granting adjournment. In such circumstances, we are left with no other alternative but to dismiss this writ petition for nonprosecution. 3.
