This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 31st January, 2011 passed by the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.
3. At the time of hearing, Mr. Khuntia has placed on record an order No.6842 dated 7th July, 2022, whereby the admissible relief in compliance of the order dated 31st January, 2011, duly confirmed by this Court vide order dated 12th August, 2021 stands complied with. Copy of the order has been produced.

4. In view of the above, we find that the orders have been complied with. Hence, the CONTC is disposed of in the above terms.
However, in case there is any discrepancy, the petitioner is free to seek the revival of the present contempt by filing a proper application within four weeks from today.
