Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the bail application and approach the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Nimapara afresh as it was submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the State that Charge Sheet has been filed in the meantime. The present bail application has been filed against the rejection order dated 25th November, 2020. Lot of developments must have taken place in the meanwhile. 3.

This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to withdraw the bail application and approach the learned Court below afresh. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
