Mr. S.B. Rath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on instruction of the petitioner, memorandum has been submitted before this court seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. Memorandum is already on record.

We do not find any impediment in granting the leave to withdraw the writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
