This is a Writ Petition in a way for enforcement of earlier direction of this Court. Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press prayer no.1 seeking enforcement of the direction already given by this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No.10103 of 2022. So far as second prayer is concerned, it appears, the same issue already involved in W.P.(C) No.10103 of 2022 and there is already a direction in paragraph-9 of W.P.(C) No.10103 of 2022. Therefore, there is no possibility of issuing any further direction. The Petitioner is to find out other option available for the purpose. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
