Since against the notice of eviction dated 12.08.2022, the petitioner has filed this writ petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file necessary objection to such notice before the Executive Office, Jharsuguda Municipality, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
