This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Jajpur P.S. Case No.1 dated 02.01.2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, for the alleged commission of offences under Section 489-A/489-B/489-C/489D/489-E of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur, by order dated 31.03.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused one Y. Eswara Rao was released on bail by order of this Court dated 24.08.2022 in BLAPL No.6038 of 2022 and it is further submitted that the principal accused one Chandan @ Chandramani Bal was released on bail by order dated 25.02.2022 in BLAPL

No.867 of 2022, hence inter alia on the ground of parity, the petitioner seeks release.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail inter alia on the ground that since the petitioner is an outsider, his release will create impediment for trial.

Taking into account the release of the co-accused, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Additionally, it is directed that one of the sureties shall be immediate family member and that he shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every 15 (fifteen) days till conclusion of the trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
