This is an appeal filed by the appellant assailing the order dated 25.08.2021 passed by the District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Puri in T.R.No.94 of 2021 arising out of Spl.G.R.Case No.45 of 2021 corresponding to Puri Sadar P.S.Case No.106 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal and wants to withdraw the same at the moment. Further, he seeks liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
