This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This application has been filed for seeking a direction to the trial court for speedy disposal of trial in G.R.Case No.01 of 2008 (Vigilance) pending in the file of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Berhampur camp at Parlakhemundi. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Berhampur Camp at Parlakhemundi to expedite the trial of G.R.Case No.1 of 2008 (Vigilance) pending in his file and conclude the same within a stipulated period of time.

In view of such submission advanced by the learned counsel for the Petitioner the CRLMC application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to make endeavour to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of production of

With the aforesaid observation the CRLMC application stands disposed of.
