This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T Case No.251 of 2022 arising out of Jharsuguda P.S. Case No.45 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/380 IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda by order dated 27.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been remanded in the case at hand because of criminal proclivity and as charge sheet has been filed on 3.6.2022, the Petitioner may be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail, inter alia, on the ground that the Petitioner has criminal antecedents of similar nature, as reflected in the order of rejection. 7.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, submits that the Petitioner has 12 criminal antecedents of similar nature, the last one being of 2022 and it is stated that he has been released on bail in all cases in which he has been implicated. 8.
Taking into account the manner of implication in the case at hand, this Court directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 9.
Keeping in view the criminal proclivity, it is directed that the Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station of the Court in seisin over the matter twice every week till conclusion of trial.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
