This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that Your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit the application, issue notice to the Opp. Party and after hearing the parties, direct that to set aside the order dated 25.06.2022 under Annexure-6 passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in rejecting the Application U/s. 151 of C.P.C. filed by the petitioner in Guardian Misc. Case No.29/2022 U/s. 7 of the Guardian and Wards Act, failing which the petitioner will suffer much;

And may pass any other Writ(s), Direction(s), Order(s), Relief(s) as it may be deemed fit and proper; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray;"

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. He files a memo in Court to that effect.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
