// 2 // W.P.(C) No.26890 of 2021 04.
1.
Heard Mr. K. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India for Odisha and Mr. S.B. Panda, learned counsel for opposite party No.2.
2.
According to Mr. Pradhan, the main grievance of the petitioners in this case pertains to offer of inadequate compensation by the authorities in connection with the acquisition of right of user in their land under Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
3.
Mr. Panda, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 submits that for redressal of such grievances, the petitioners should have approached the learned District Judge, Balasore under Sub-Section (2) of Section 10 of the above noted Act instead of rushing to this Court. In such background, Mr. Pradhan wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners.
4.
Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
5.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
