This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

One of the associates of Mr. Milan Kanungo, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that since Mr. Kanungo, the learned senior counsel has an appointment with the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Odisha to discuss about the party affairs, this matter may be adjourned to some other date. This is a case of the year 2018.

Considering such submission, this Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter further.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh petition. But, I am not inclined to give such liberty.
