Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the police in conducting the investigation properly since F.I.R. has already been registered under Sections 452/302/323, IPC in connection with Ulunda P.S. Case No.59 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the State submits that after completion of the investigation, Charge Sheet has already been submitted on 21.09.2020 before the jurisdictional

In such view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
