It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Police has already complied with the mandatory procedure of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the present case. 3.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable, as there is no apprehension of arrest of the Petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable.
