The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order passed by the Tahasildar, Kotagarh under Annexure-7. 4.

Since against the order passed by the Tahasildar, Kotagarh, appeal lies, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority. 5.
