Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is unfortunate to note that even though so many decisions are there in the previous round of litigation including disposal of a Writ Petition by the High Court, there is no certified copy of any of the order, even certified copy of impugned order is also not filed. It is not known how the office cleared this file.

Be that as it may, for the Mutation Authority having passed the final order in fresh disposal of the mutation case as appearing from page-56, this Court finds, the Petitioner has clear remedy of Appeal. 4.

In the circumstance and as this Court finds the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and stands dismissed but however with liberty to the Petitioner to file Appeal.
