1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners make a prayer to quash the Notification dated 23.08.2022 under Annexure-8 issued by the Opposite Party No.3/ Principal, Industrial Training Institute, Khariar Road, DistrictNuapada for selection of engagement of Part Time Guest Instructors (PTGI's) for the academic Session 2022-23 or till the posting of regular/ contractual staff by DTE and T (O), Cuttack (whichever is earlier). They also seek a
// 2 // direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to regularize their services.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have served as Part Time Guest Instructors in Industrial Training Institute, Khariar Road, in the district of Nuapada for more than ten years. They have filed representations before the Opposite Party Nos.1/Secretary to Government, Skill Development and Technical Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and 2/ Director, Technical Education and Training, Odisha, Cuttack seeking regularization of their services and extension of benefits at par with regular Assistant Training Officer. But the same are still pending before the authorities.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party Nos.1/Secretary to Government, Skill Development and Technical Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and 2/ Director, Technical Education and Training, Odisha, Cuttack are directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the Petitioners in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
