This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.287 of 2022 corresponding to Hinjili P.S. Case No.335 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, for offences under Section 376(2)(n) of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam, by order dated 29.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the 164 Cr.P.C. statement and considering that charge-sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
