This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.888 of 2021, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, arising out of Patnagarh P.S. Case No.209 of 2021, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 379/411/413/468/471/120-B/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 30.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that because of the criminal proclivity of the petitioners, the petitioners have been remanded in the case at hand on 29.04.2022.

It is further submitted that since charge-sheet has already been filed and taking into account the period of custody, further continuance of the petitioners in custody is unwarranted. 7.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail, keeping in view the criminal antecedents of the petitioners. 8.

Considering the nature of allegations in the case at hand and the manner of implication, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial. The date and time of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 10.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
