The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that due to some issues relating to surety, the Petitioner could not avail the interim bail immediately and was released on 5th December, 2022. As such, the Petitioner seeks extension of his date of surrender.

Upon hearing both parties and considering the fact that the Petitioner was released on 5th December, 2022, the date of surrender of interim bail period is extended till 13th March, 2023. 4.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall surrender in the court below on or before 13th March, 2023, failing which learned court below shall take all necessary steps including issuance of NBW of arrest to apprehend him.

The I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
