This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel Mr. M.G. Madani that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. The Registry is requested to trace the same and tag with the file. Name of Mr. M.G. Madani be indicated in the file, in the cause list as well as in the portal of this Court.

The petitioner is accused in Rambha P.S. Case No.362 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1027 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote, for alleged commission of offences under Section 323/376(2)(n) of IPC. 5.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khallikote, by order dated 16.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted relying on the affidavit filed by the informant/victim through the counsel that in the meantime the matter has been amicably settled. In fact the petitioner is ready to join the victim in matrimony.

Taking into account such submission made across the Bar, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 8.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
