Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of cognizance dated 13th August, 2014 passed by the learned A.S.J.(W), Jagatsinghpur in G.R. Case No.476 of 2014 on the grounds stated therein. 3.

However in course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial in the present case is in progress before the court below but there has been a delay in disposal since the informant, namely, opposite party No.2 is not responding as she has already married to some other person and by not pressing the matter on merits prayed for a direction to expedite the trial. 4.

In view of the above, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur to expedite the trial in connection with G.R. Case No.476 of 2014 arising out of

Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2014 under Section 498-A and other allied offences beside Section 4 of D.P. Act and accomplish the same preferably within a period of four months unless there is any legal impediment.

An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge U.K.Sahoo
