1. This matter is taken up by virtual mode

2. It appears that the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of one month by order of this Court vide in I.A. No. 929 of 2020 with certain conditions including the condition to surrender before the court below on or before completion of the stipulated period and shall not misutilize his liberty in any manner whatsoever. But, the petitioner has not surrendered despite expiry of the interim period.

3. In view of the above, the learned court in seisin over the matter is directed to take necessary steps to produce the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. In view of above facts and circumstances, the BLAPL is dismissed.

5.As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate
