The Petitioner reduces his prayer inasmuch as for passing a direction for disposal of Appeal No.2/2009 pending before the SubCollector, Champua, O.P.2. 2.

Considering the innocuous prayer, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to dispose of Appeal No.2/2009 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Parties likely to be affected. 3.
