This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate and Ms. P. Naidu, learned counsel appearing for Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha.

According to Mr. Rath, in this case the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposal of Original Application No.192 of 2011 and O.A. Nos.253 & 254 of 2014 which have been pending long since. Accordingly, he prays that the Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha before whom the above noted O.As are pending be directed to dispose of the same within a stipulated time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this

// 2 // writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha (opposite party No.2) to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted O.As in accordance with law by the end of this year. While hearing the matters, he is directed not to give unnecessary adjournments. 5.
