Petitioners, as directed, have filed additional an affidavit Order No.

establishing that their children are reading in the Anganwadi Center. Writ petition involves an allegation in the construction of Anganwadi Centre at the particular site creating impediment in small children in their movement to such center. This Court finds the petitioners have already sent their objection to the Block Development Officer, Salipur-opposite party no.3 vide Anenxure-8. In such view of the matter, this Court disposes of this writ petition directing the Block Development Officer, Salipur-opposite party no.3 to consider Annexure-8 also involving petitioners involved and having a spot visit to find whether the allegation in Annexure-8 is true by completing such exercise within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners. For a period of fifteen days, provided there is no commencement of the construction, there shall be no commencement of construction. (Biswanath Rath) sks Judge
