Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Perused the case diary, statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. and the F.I.R.

After hearing the parties and upon perusal of the records, I am inclined to release the Petitioner on bail subject to the petitioner furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) and one solvent surety for the like amount. Further the petitioner's release shall be subject to the condition that he shall not misuse his liberty in any manner whatsoever, shall cooperate with the investigation of the case and he shall not tamper with the evidence or threaten the prosecution witnesses. The Petitioner shall also not contact the victim in any manner. It is open for the Court in seisin over the matter to fix any other condition which may be deemed fit

The bail application stands disposed of.
