This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Lalbag P.S. Case No.178 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.970 of 2022, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376(2)(f)(n) of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by order dated 30.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the statement of the victim and of the daughter aged about four years.

On consideration of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application of the petitioner.

7.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court afresh after examination of the victim.

8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
