Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even assuming that the Petitioner has a right over the property claimed not to be attached involving PML proceeding, but the Petitioner has a clear remedy before the competent authority to make the property free from attachment.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue other remedy available for the purpose. 4.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn, but however with liberty as prayed for.
