This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds taken in the interim application, the date of surrender of the petitioner as fixed as per order dated 08.07.2022 is extended till 5th November 2022. The rest part of the order dated 08.07.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender shall be granted.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
