This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners seeking correction of their names in the cause title of the bail application as per the schedule given in the interlocutory application as well as extension of time to surrender before the court below vide order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the averments made in this application, the prayer is allowed.

Consolidated copy of the cause title of the bail application is filed in Court today, which be kept on record. 6.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of the

// 2 // Petitioners before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.700/- (Rupees seven hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
