This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Belphar P.S. Case No.72 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.786 of 2022, pending in the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 376(2)(n)/506/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of her application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, by order dated 29.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Taking into account the tenor of the same and that the petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
