Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The grievance of the Petitioner involved herein is after disposal of Revision under Section 15(B) of the O.S. & S. Act, 1958, vide Annexure-1 giving direction to the Tahasildar, Mahkalapara to implement as per the observation therein. There has been working out of the order by the Tahasildar concerned, vide Annexure-2 since 5.6.2018. It is alleged that even in spite of such development, the corrected R.O.R. is not made available to the Petitioner nor is it even available in the Website for the Petitioner at least taking out a copy through the Net mode.

This Court finds, if the order of the Competent Authority, vide Annexure-1 is already worked out, there is no reasonable cause

// 2 // in not bringing the corrected R.O.R. on Record. In the process, this Court disposing of the Writ Petition directs the O.P. to forthwith publish the Record of Right and make it available by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
