5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Para3 of the aforesaid order, the date "10.10.2016" may be deleted.

6. Prayer is allowed. The date "10.10.2016" mentioned in Para-3 of the said order is omitted.

7. All other parts of the original order shall remain unaltered. This order shall be read as a part of the original order.

8. With the aforesaid modification the I.A. is disposed of.
