This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3.

A short question that falls for consideration in this writ petition is that, the Certificate Case No.19 of 2019 has been stuck up to the detriment of the Petitioner. He urges for an early disposal of the said proceeding.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel has submitted that within the span of last three years, no significant progress has been made in that proceeding.

Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate has fairly submitted that there shall be no opposition if directed to expedite the proceeding.

In the circumstances, we direct the Opposite Party No.3 to expedite the proceeding in order to dispose the same within a period of six months from today, if not prevented by any judicial order. With this direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

7.

A copy of this order be supplied to Mr. Nayak, learned AGA for onward transmission.
