1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Appellant is in custody in connection with Phulbani Sadar P.S. Case No.107/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.46/2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Phulbani.

4. The prosecution allegation is that the appellant and some other villagers harassed the victim and assaulted her because of her alleged love relationship with one Sudam. Things came to such a pass that the victim was paraded in the village and severely abused. On the next morning she was found hanging from a tree. Though the Appellant has been charge sheeted under Sections 143/147/341/323/294/354/354-A/149 I.P.C. read with Section 12 of the POCSO Act yet, fact remains that he had played a vital role in causing harassment to the victim to such extent that she contemplated ending her life.
5. Considering the nature of the accusations and the availability of materials, prima facie, in support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail at this stage, which is therefore rejected. It shall be open to the Appellant to renew his prayer after framing of charge.
6. The CRLA is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
