The Petitioner has been implicated in offence punishable under Sections 363/366, I.P.C.

Perused the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164, Cr.P.C.

Taking into consideration the facts and submission, statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164, Cr.P.C. and the circumstances involved, it is directed that the Petitioner shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Bhuban in G.R. Case No.13 of 2021 corresponding to Bhuban P.S. Case No.16 of 2021 within fifteen days from today, and on his surrender and motion for bail within the aforesaid period, he shall be released on bail by the

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

The certified copy of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164, Cr.P.C., which is filed by learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court today, be kept on record. 8.
