This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Though the name of Mr. B. Dash, learned counsel appeared in the cause list as counsel for the petitioners, but he stated that he has no instructions to appear in this case. It is contended that though Mr. P.K. Padhi, learned Central Government Counsel was instructed to appear in this case on behalf of the petitioners, but inadvertently his name has been reflected on behalf of the opposite parties and, as such, in the meantime, he is no more continuing in the panel. Therefore, he cannot argue the matter. 3.

When this fact was confronted with Mr. P.K. Parhi, leaned Asst. Solicitor General of India, he stated that he will not appear on behalf of the Income Tax Department and, as such, he has no instructions in the matter.

In such view of the matter, since the writ petition is of the year 2018 and the same is pending for more than three years and, as such, the petitioners-Union of India is suffering for pendency of this case before this Court and, as such, none of the counsel are prepared to address on behalf of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
